After the garden, we went shopping in Den Den Town, which is kind of a game/electronics shopping haven. I bought some Japanese games there. There was a really cheap Detective Conan game, I was ecstatic!

Trying to find Nipponbashi Station we ran across a market, with all sorts of fish and other products on display. It was extensive and fun to wander through.
We both got tired early. It's humid here, and the climate definitely makes fatigue worse. We came back to my mom's hotel and we drank a little 梅酒 (umeshu, plum wine) and chatted. Overall it was a good day.
On the way home, the bicycle Ted lent me started to make a racket. The back wheel seems somehow out-of-whack. Hopefully I can figure it out and fix it before I leave it back with Ted. I'm hesitant to ride it for fear of making the problem worse, but I also don't want to pay for the bus!
